Over the last few weeks, we've received some packages and parcels and have significantly improved our technical meeting infrastructure. Our meetings are now supported by smart devices and run even smoother and more efficiently.
Our meeting room
In our meeting room, we installed a state-of-the-art camera that automatically focuses on the person speaking with its intelligent zoom function. The camera automatically detects who is speaking and intelligently zooms in on the person to ensure that participants outside the room also have an optimal visual experience and can dynamically follow what is happening.
Our kitchen has also been given a technical upgrade for meetings. This mainly relates to our joint start to the day every morning, when we briefly discuss what's on the agenda for the day and what still needs to be discussed (called check-in). Previously, colleagues at the agency and in the home office were connected via video using a tablet and a desk microphone. Now we have a larger screen, another intelligent camera with an automatic zoom function and a new microphone hanging from the ceiling. Thanks to the reduced background noise and the improved, focused video image, colleagues in the home office feel better integrated and can participate more interactively in meetings.
These technical upgrades mean a significant improvement for our daily workflows. Meetings become more effective and productive, resulting in better team communication and more efficient information sharing.
