The Badischer Sportbund Nord e. V. (BSB Nord) was founded in Karlsruhe in 1946 and is the central umbrella organization for non-profit sports clubs and sports associations in North Baden. The BSB Nord promotes the interests of sport in society and acts as a link between sport and the common good. As a responsible body, the BSB Nord promotes sport in society and supports its member clubs through principles, information, advice and services. The common goal is the organization and further development of club sport, which is both performance-oriented and health-conscious.
The responsible persons agreed that it was time to modernize the appearance of the sports federation and thus adapt it to the current trends. So they decided to commission pixelpublic with a redesign of their website. pixelpublic designed the new website and implemented it based on Typo3.
The reasons for the redesign of the Badischer Sportbund were manifold. One of the most important reasons was that the old design was no longer up to date and no longer met current requirements. The BSB wanted to present itself in a more modern and fresh way to better appeal to young people.
The new look brings a breath of fresh air to the sports business. The modern design and clear structure are intended to make information easier to find and improve communication between members and the association.
The goal was to motivate more people to actively participate in sports and thus set an example for healthy living.
