InnoTrans 2024 in Berlin once again provided the ideal stage to present innovative solutions and trends in rail transportation. As the agency responsible for GMT Gummi-Metall-Technik GmbH we were able to implement a trade fair project for our client that was outstanding in many respects.
Effective preparation: teaser videos for trade fair presence
In the run-up to the trade fair, we supported the client by creating short teaser videos to draw attention to the trade fair presence.
These videos were used on various channels and served to arouse the interest of the target group even before InnoTrans and to generate curiosity about the stand and the innovations presented.
Implementation of the stand concept in the new corporate design
Our main task was to implement the stand concept developed by the stand builder in the client's new corporate design. The aim was not only to create a modern and uniform appearance, but also to convey the company's core message in an appealing way.
An important part of our work was the design of a large-format key visual that fitted in well with the theme of the trade fair and rail transport. It complemented the stand concept and helped to present the company's visual identity appropriately at the trade fair.
Redesign of the product brochure for international target groups
The revision of the product brochure also presented us with an exciting task.
We designed it from scratch and created it in four languages - German, English, French and Spanish. This internationality was crucial in order to optimally reach the global target group at the trade fair.
Immersive experience: train journey as background video
We are particularly proud of the integration of a video supplied by the customer, which we edited and embedded in the exhibition walls. The film footage of a train journey was edited in such a way that it gave visitors the feeling of sitting in a moving train themselves - without any disturbing vibrations, of course.
We also integrated an interactive 3D model of an express train and its components into the trade fair stand. In this virtual train, the various products of our customer were depicted in detail so that visitors had the opportunity to see the solutions directly in action. This interactive presentation enabled trade fair visitors not only to experience the products visually, but also to better understand their function and added value in the context of rail transportation.
With this mixture of modern design, creative visuals and innovative media technology, we succeeded in realizing a stand that was not only visually convincing, but also atmospheric. InnoTrans 2024 was a complete success for us and our customer!
