Authentic trainee flyers: GMT relies on pixelpublic

A partnership for success

We, the creative team at pixelpublic in Baden-Baden, have been working closely with the company GMT in Bühl for some time now. This partnership is based on mutual trust and the common mission to position GMT as an attractive training company in the region. At a time when many companies are desperately looking for qualified junior staff, it was crucial for GMT to present its training opportunities in an appealing and authentic way.

Industrial clerk
Businessman for digitization management

The challenge: 16 different professional groups

GMT is a versatile supplier that is looking for trainees in a total of 16 different occupational groups. This diversity presents a particular challenge, as each occupational group has its own specific requirements and characteristics. Our aim was to communicate this diversity in a consistent yet engaging way to appeal to potential trainees from a wide range of interest areas.

Bachelor of Arts degree program
Bachelor of Engineering program

The assignment: Authentic cover motifs on site

In order to make the flyers authentic and appealing, we were commissioned to shoot cover motifs directly on site at GMT in Bühl. Our idea was to focus on the actual GMT trainees and visualize their stories and their daily work. This approach was not only intended to emphasize the authenticity of the flyers, but also to give potential applicants a realistic insight into the working environment at GMT.

Apprentice machine and plant operator
Apprentice electronics technician, automation and operating technology
Apprentice industrial mechanic
Apprentice mechatronics technician for installation maintenance

The implementation: appealing and lively flyers

The photo shoots at GMT were an exciting and inspiring experience. We had the opportunity to get to know the young talents and capture their enthusiasm for their professions. The results are appealing flyers that are not only visually high-quality, but also reflect the passion and commitment of GMT's trainees. Each professional group is represented by an individual title motif that captures the essence of the respective job.

Distribution: Printed flyers and digital download

After completion, the flyers were professionally printed and are now ready for distribution at GMT. But that wasn't all: in order to reach as wide a target group as possible, we have also made the flyers available to download digitally from GMT's current website. This means that interested young people and their parents can access the information from the comfort of their own homes and find out about the wide range of training opportunities at GMT.

Conclusion: A successful project for the future
